General Introduction and Acceptance

4.4 Refund Policy
Funds used in a game are generally non-refundable. However, if a transaction is affected by a technical error, jlievo will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳6,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus funds must be played through and the total wagered amount must reach 15 times the bonus before a withdrawal can be made.
5.3 Conditions for Bonus Cancellation
A bonus may be cancelled in the following circumstances:
- Attempting to claim a bonus from multiple accounts.
- Evidence of misuse of a promotional offer.
- Violation of bonus terms and conditions.
- Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time limit.

6.1 VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
- Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
6.2 How Tier Progression Works
Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. The detailed criteria for determining VIP tiers are set at jlievo's discretion and are subject to change.
6.3 Cashback Payments
Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the member's account according to a set schedule. Wagering conditions may also apply to cashback.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games on jlievo are conducted on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.
7.1 Permitted Conduct
- All games must be played honestly.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes in any way is prohibited.
- Respectful conduct toward other players is required.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure:
- Playing games using bots or automated software.
- Exploiting software errors or bugs for an advantage without reporting them.

7.3 Technical Issues

10.1 Member Account Closure Request
